Lights Up! Productions is honored to have Feather be a recipient of Oregon's Regional Arts and Culture Council project grant for 2010. This type of funding has helped to support nearly all of our productions and we are grateful for RACC's generous contribution! We are delighted to announce that the talented Trish Egan will be joining the cast of Feather in the role of "Grandma." Trish brings years of experience working on Portland stages and she already has a deep sense for the history and emotional life of her character. Great to have you on board Trish! Negotiations are complete and we are now set to have Leigh Fondakowski direct our upcoming original play, Feather. Also joining the team are Sarah Lambert who will be the Set Designer and Dramaturge and Anna Fritz who will be composing original music. We are very excited to have these brilliant artistic minds working with us!

The date is set! June 1st, 2009 from 6:30-8:30pm will be our "We can't depend on support from our Government, but we still have to do our art" Fund Raising Evening. Award winning Lights Up! Productions has recently moved from its eight year home base of Boulder, Colorado to Portland, Oregon.
